　　在UIUC工院關(guān)于變更專業(yè)的網(wǎng)站，UIUC的官網(wǎng)上用黑體字明確指出，工院的CS專業(yè)，自2022年開始，用進(jìn)了大學(xué)再內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)的方式行不通了，申工院不定專業(yè)也不行。但是，UIUC還留了一條出路，如果錄取時候是CS+X專業(yè)，那么還是有可能轉(zhuǎn)入的。

　　Declaring A Major in Grainger Engineering

　　Students entering the university as first-year students prior to summer 2022 need to apply to the Pre-Engineering Program (PREP).

　　Students entering the university as first-year students for summer/fall 2022 need to refer to the policies and guidelines for Engineering Undeclared (EU).

　　Any transfer student interested in completing a major, including a dual degree, in The Grainger College of Engineering must apply and be admitted directly into the college at time of transfer. Transfer students entering other colleges on campus are not eligible for later admission/on-campus transfer to the Pre-Engineering Program (PREP), Engineering Undeclared, or Grainger Engineering.

　　For students entering the university in or after summer/fall 2022: The Computer Science major is available via direct admission (first-year and transfer) only and is CLOSED to on-campus transfer (ICT/IDT), including Engineering Undeclared. CS+X majors will remain open for on-campus transfer applications; the acceptance process for these majors is highly competitive. Students interested in CS+X majors should consult the respective colleges housing those majors.

　　Students who entered the university as first-year students in Physics or CS+X majors prior to summer/fall 2022 may submit a petition directly to Grainger Engineering for the following requests:

　　Physics (LAS) -> may apply to move to Physics in Grainger only (all other majors through PREP/EU)

　　CS+X (various colleges) -> may apply to move to CS in Grainger only (all other majors through PREP/EU)

　　明顯感覺，UIUC有意控制并收縮轉(zhuǎn)直接進(jìn)工院的可能，官網(wǎng)上宣稱除了EU( Engineering undeclared，也即申不定專業(yè)這條路)程序以外，目前只有兩條路可以直接進(jìn)工院 ：

　　1：文理學(xué)院的物理專業(yè)-》能夠直接申請進(jìn)入工院的物理專業(yè)

　　2：各學(xué)院的CS+ X 專業(yè)-》工院的CS專業(yè)，對于其他的學(xué)生可以走EU程序進(jìn)入工院，但是CS專業(yè)是不行的，最多只可以minor CS，當(dāng)然可以讀CS的碩士。

　　當(dāng)然，實在進(jìn)不了UIUC工院和工院的CS，UIUC還留了一條路，那就是申請轉(zhuǎn)入數(shù)學(xué)+CS，統(tǒng)計+CS或者CS+其他等項目。

　　這個政策是今年出來的，那么除了CS+X的方式進(jìn)入工院CS，還有其他路徑嗎?貌似可能本來在工院有其他專業(yè)的也可以商量(不確定啊!)，但是這個會非常難。同時，除了工院現(xiàn)有專業(yè)以外，還有以下兩個專業(yè)也同樣適用。

　　1：Agricultural & Biological Engineering (ACES)

　　2： Chemical Engineering (LAS)
