第一種情況：托福考試被hold不出分
這種情況出現(xiàn)在隨機審核中，因為絕大多數(shù)情況下成績被hold只是因為碰到了常規(guī)審核，若沒問題大概2-3天后會出分.
被hold郵件關(guān)鍵詞：Your TOEFL? scores from the test administration are delayed because they are under administrative review.
如何應(yīng)對：
托福分數(shù)隨機review是最常見的情況，這種概率就類似比如最近五一很多同學都會選擇自駕旅行，那么過檢查站的時候警察叔叔會隨機查驗身份證一樣。如我們的分數(shù)被review超過了一周還沒出分或者直接被cancel了，我們可以撥打1-609-406-5430或者1-609-771-7100為自己據(jù)理力爭，并且在打電話前提前準備好我們的個人信息，包括：姓名、地址、出生日期、郵箱、考試時間、考試注冊號碼等等。不過，如果真的發(fā)生這類情況建議一顆紅心兩手準備，一邊為自己argue一邊抓緊報名下場考試。
第二種情況：托福成績直接被取消會不出分
1、它出現(xiàn)在托福分數(shù)常規(guī)審核后被取消并通知院校，同時，之前已經(jīng)收到分數(shù)的院校也會取消成績。如果遇到這種情況的同學建議第一時間聯(lián)系院校，爭取再提交一次成績。

2、有些同學之前在電腦上安裝過一些屏幕分享軟件，所以在考試前因為檢測到我們電腦有“非法軟件”所以導致壓根無法開始考試，屏幕上會顯示“The exam will be terminated due to security reason.”不過這種情況并不影響我們報下一次考試，大家在考試前檢查好我們的電腦系統(tǒng)就可以了。（建議直接重裝系統(tǒng)或者恢復(fù)出廠設(shè)置，一勞永逸）

3、口語、寫作因“無腦”套用模板被認定為內(nèi)容雷同。
提示的郵件關(guān)鍵詞：This was noticeable since the responses for which you receive a score should be your own original and independent work. Further reviews determined that a portion of your Writing/Speaking response(s) contains ideas, language and/or examples found in other test taker responses or from published sources.
4、因受到環(huán)境影響(如聲音嘈雜)或坐姿不端正等被懷疑被幫助。
提示的郵件關(guān)鍵詞：We have taken this action as it has come to our attention that you have taken this test on numerous occasions only to cancel the score once you have completed the test and have seen the questions. Because of this activity, we have also taken the steps to ban you from taking any ETS exam for the next 6 months.
第三種情況：被禁止參加托?？荚嚥怀龇?/strong>
1、多次托?？荚嚱Y(jié)束后不提交成績導致禁考6個月。這個很好理解了，作為托?？忌贾溃瑐淇纪懈５淖罴巡牧?，同時也是ETS最不舍得給的就是真題，因為真題不僅在難度方面具有很高的參考價值同時也有很大的概率會在之后的考試中重復(fù)。而如果一個考生多次考試就是不提交成績，則會被ETS懷疑就是來搞真題的，那么肯定會被拉黑名單的。
被禁考的郵件關(guān)鍵詞：We have taken this action as it has come to our attention that you have taken this test on numerous occasions only to cancel the score once you have completed the test and have seen the questions.
2、存在嚴重違規(guī)行為而被“終身禁考”。如果想在考試的時候嘗試科技與狠活兒的同學，做好準備將收到這封郵件，因為在郵件中ETS根本沒有提及被禁考的具體時長，所以這種情況等同于“終身禁考”。
